Because simply being a candidate for a treatment does not necessarily mean it is the right treatment for your skin. Our approach is intentionally personalized and where applicable all inclusive. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows or cancellations without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will result in the loss of future booking privileges.
We understand that emergencies happen and will always use discretion when appropriate.
