Founder & Aesthetician Advocate for Empowered Beauty As the Founder of Meraki Advanced Aesthetics Megan brings a distinctive blend of leadership, experience and passion to the world of advanced aesthetics. After years of successfully managing multiple businesses she chose to redirect her expertise toward a field that deeply resonated with her helping women feel confident, cared for and empowered in their own skin. Her approach blends the art and science of aesthetics with a focus on advanced skincare, chemical peels, laser technologies and thoughtfully selected aesthetic treatments. Rather than simply treating the skin Megan believes in understanding the individual creating personalized treatment plans designed to enhance natural beauty while supporting long term skin health and confidence. As a mother of six Megan also understands firsthand the demands women often place on themselves. Her own experience with burnout shaped a philosophy centered on intentional self care, balance and the belief that caring for yourself should never feel like another obligation. At Meraki she has created an environment where advanced aesthetics and genuine care coexist. Every client is approached individually with education, intention and attention to detail at the forefront. For Megan aesthetics extends beyond the treatment room. It is about helping women feel restored, confident and beautifully themselves.
Jolie Phillips
Jolie Phillips is an NCEA certified Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician specializing in advanced skincare, corrective treatments, laser technologies and personalized skin health. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with individualized care, thoughtfully selecting treatments based on each client’s skin, concerns and long term goals. With a strong passion for skin health Jolie believes exceptional results begin with understanding the individual. Her work extends beyond addressing what is visible on the surface focusing on intentional treatment planning and progressive care designed to support healthier, clearer and more radiant skin over time. Alongside her work with clients Jolie is also an advanced aesthetics educator and instructor sharing her expertise with professionals looking to further their education and expand their skill set. Through hands on instruction and standalone training courses she helps individuals develop the knowledge, technique and confidence needed to advance within the aesthetics industry. Her role as an educator complements her work in the treatment room. By continuously studying evolving technologies, techniques and advancements in aesthetics Jolie brings a high level of knowledge and intention to both the clients she treats and the professionals she teaches. With a genuine interest in skincare, product education, health and wellness Jolie’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in continued growth, thoughtful care and education.
